STEVE HORVATH

Steve Horvath is the founder of CRE Advising, a real estate company that exclusively services the commercial sector. With over 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Steve Horvath, has executed over $2 billion dollars of closed sales and leasing transactions.  He has consistently completed over 100 transactions annually. Steve specializes in investment sales, 1031 exchanges, net lease investments, ownership and tenant/landlord representation for office, industrial and retail properties, development/site selection, property assemblages and a variety of other real estate advisory services.

Steve started his career as a licensed real estate appraiser before transitioning in 2004 to a full time broker with a focus on ownership and tenant representation. From 2004 to the present, he has successfully leased over 3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space.

Steve is a member of the United Nations, NAIOP, NICAR, MORe commercial alliance, Arizona State University alumni club, Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame and life member of the International Police Association. Steve is also a season ticket holder of the Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks, and he enjoys relaxing weekends in Lake Geneva and Hayward, Wisconsin going golfing, fishing and water skiing. He is a member of both the Big Foot Country Club in Lake Geneva, WI and the Wawashkamo Golf Club in Mackinac Island, MI.
